Request a Mass Intention
For those wishing to honor a loved one at Mass, Notre Dame Campus Ministry offers two special intention cards – one for living and one for deceased. Please complete the online form to request your Mass intention and a customized card will be mailed to the designated recipient.
Masses are offered by Holy Cross priests within three months. Because of the number of Mass requests received, we cannot accommodate requests for specific locations, dates, or priests, nor can we provide the exact time and place the Mass will be offered.

Masses are said by a Holy Cross priest and are held within three months. Because of the number of Mass requests received each month, we cannot accommodate requests for specific locations, dates, or priests, nor can we provide the exact time and place on campus the Mass will be offered.
- Will my prayer intention be read aloud?
While the Mass is offered for a particular intention, we do not announce them publicly. This is a longstanding policy since it would be impossible to accommodate all the requests if this were an option.
- When will the Mass card arrive?
All Mass cards are sent via USPS. Shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination and USPS delays.
- Can you overnight the Mass card?
We are unable to send Mass cards via courier; only USPS.
- Is there a minimum donation?
The Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend suggests offering a Mass stipend of at least $10.
