Three months before your wedding: At this point before your celebration, you should be in touch with the wedding coordinator.

As noted earlier, the wedding coordinator will be at both the wedding rehearsal and the wedding itself, in order to help facilitate the celebration. Doubtless you will have last–minute questions about what may or may not be done at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, and the wedding coordinator will help you with the answers to these questions.

About one month before your wedding: You should have all the plans for your wedding celebration finalized. This includes choices of sacred music and the rituals surrounding your celebration.

No later than two months before the wedding: Finally, and most important, all of your diocesan paperwork must be on file in the Basilica office. Please mail to:
